Slow to begin. Ran wide rounding 1st turn. App stated mount up 400m in journey, & attempting 1900m for 1st time, & she was inst to settle fwd m/field & obtain cover. Mount was slow to begin & she encouraged it along in effort to ride to inst. App stated mount caught 3w w/out cover in early & middle stages & refused to come back into posn with cover when she attempted to do so. Weakened from 600m & she did not test over final 200m when beaten. App stated when mount was slow to begin she should have allowed to settle were comfortable rather than attempt to ride to inst. P/R vet no ab's.
