Apprentice N Olzard reported in her opinion that the mare resented the tongue tie, of which it was racing with this piece of gear for the first time. She further added this contributed to her mount losing ground in the early stages. Trainer B Trimble was advised that a warning would be placed on the mare’s record for its racing manners.
