Race 1 - DYNAMIC ELECTRICAL MAIDEN (1) 407m

2. Mary Poppins – Turned its head and eased as it shifted wider soon after the start. Checked on the first turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings. Steward’s spoke to trainer Dallas Becket regarding the greyhound’s racing manners. After considering all available evidence, Stewards invoked GAR 124 Fail to purse (1st offence) – 28 days stand down at Rockhampton and must complete a satisfactory steward’s trial prior to racing next.

Race 2 - DYNAMIC REFRIGERATION MAIDEN (2) 407m

3. Hassan – Checked and dragged down from behind soon after the start. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an offside back muscle strain and under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 10 days.

6.Spot On Betty – Checked on heels and gave ground entering the second turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed offside wrist sprain and under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 10 days.

7. Urgent Message – Underwent a pre-race veterinary check and was cleared to race.

Race 3 - REGGIES PODCAST GRADE 6 407m

· No matters of concern to stewards.

1.Spot On Boys - Late scratching at 5:34pm pursuant to GAR 92(2) when the greyhound was found to have an offside and nearside hind webbing injury during kennelling, the greyhound has been stood down for 10 days.

Race 4 - BECKETT FAMILY MIXED 4/5 407m

· No matters of concern to stewards.

6. Barcelona Boy - Late scratching at 5:34 pm due to a weight variation pursuant to GAR 101(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 10 days. Stewards looked into Trainer Mr Gary Weeding record and noted almost 3 years since a prior offence under the same rule and was issued a reprimand pursuant to GAR 101(3)(b)

Race 5 - A2Z DENTAL ROCKHAMPTON GRADE 4 407m

1. Angel’s Rage – Severely checked on the first turn. Faulted in its actions on the second turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed offside hind split webbing and under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 10 days.

6. City Way – Severely checked on the first turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed nearside front triceps, nearside front deltoids muscle injuries and under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 10 days.

8. Zipping Bonanza – Severely checked on the first turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

Race 6 - PARKHURST QUALITY MEATS 0-3 WINS 510m

1.Lappin – Checked in the front straight on the first occasion. Checked off the heels in the back straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed offside & nearside hamstring muscle injury and under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 10 days.

Race 7 - LOVE A GREYHOUND FFA 407m

7.Airborne Beach – Severely checked and fell before regaining its footing and completing the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed nearside front wrist sprain and under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 14 days.

Race 8 - SKY RACING 1-4 WINS FINAL 1-4 WINS 407m

3. Novelist – Severely checked and dragged down from behind and almost lost balance on the first turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

6. Zipping Olsen – Severely checked and fell before regaining footing and completing the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

Race 9 - DINKY DI WEB DESIGN GRADE 5 407m

· No matters of concern to stewards.
