GREYHOUND SWEEPSTAKES WINNERS

Racing Queensland's annual Greyhound Sweepstakes at the Brisbane Exhibition on Sunday, 12 August 2019 yet again proved popular among industry participants and the general public.
Close to 40 greyhounds and handlers participated in the event, aiming to promote our Racing Industry to the public as a safe, exciting sport and displaying the Racing Greyhound as the wonderful dog it is and the commitment of the dedicated trainers, that keeps the Industry alive.
The public enjoyed patting our beloved greyhounds, having photos taken and talking with the handlers.
Racing Queensland made prize money available for the RNA to pay winners upon judging.

The award for Best of Breed (Neutered) went to Toni Potter's 'Ruby' (Come on Ruby).
Best of Breed (Entire) went to Brett Hazelgrove 'Star' (Splendid Star).
