The distance of the annual Mareeba Cup (Benchmark 65 Hcp) scheduled for Saturday 7 September 2019 has been amended to 1800m (from the previously advertised 2000m).
QRIC Stewards deemed the 2000m chute unsuitable for racing, due to unforeseen circumstances encountered by the race club.
Nominations for the feature $10,000 event on the Mareeba non-Tab meeting close at 11.00am on Tuesday 3/9/19.
