Racing Queensland confirms that an additional race has been added to the program for the Sunshine Coast Turf Club race meeting on Sunday, January 2. It is:
- Class 2 Plate (Set Weights), 1400m, $24,000

In addition, an extra race has been added to the program for the Sunshine Coast Turf Club race meeting on Friday, January 7. It is:
- Class 5 Handicap, 1000m, $24,000
Given the timing, the programs have not been published in the December edition of RACE magazine.
