Racing Queensland advises that following an extension of the track refurbishment works which are currently being undertaken at Ipswich Turf Club, that the 1350m chute will not be available for the race meeting scheduled on January 7. This has necessitated the following change:
- Class 2 Plate (Set Weights) was 1350m, is now 1500m.
