The Emerald Jockey Club race meeting tomorrow, Tuesday January 23, has been rescheduled and will now be run earlier with the first race to jump at 10.51am.
The decision has been made in the interests of participant and equine welfare with temperatures predicted to reach as high as 40 degrees at Emerald tomorrow.
Trainers and riders with engagements at the meeting have been notified of the change via SMS.
