Race 1:NOLAN MEAT'S MAIDEN PLATE 1030M
JONDY GRACIE – Began awkwardly and slow away. Laid in under pressure in the home straight.
Race 2:LOCAL LEGEND VANESSA MURRAY / BRUCE & JULIE TYE BENCHMARK 60 HCAP 1030M
KNIGHT BATCHELOR – Slow to begin.
PANGAEA – Raced in restricted room over the concluding stages when DAINTREE DREAMING (Jky K Gates) laid in under pressure. Jockey Gates was reminded of her obligations when shifting ground in similar circumstances.
WAR TOO ALL – Near the 200m was restrained and obliged to shift wider to avoid the heels of the weakening QUIRIN.
QUARTERSHARE – Raced wide throughout.
DAINTREE DREAMING – Slow into stride. Laid in under pressure in the home straight.
Race 3: SUNSHINE CIVIL SOLUTIONS CLASS B HANDICAP 1200M
DAUNTING INSTINCT – Began awkwardly. Laid in under pressure in the home straight.
HIT THE BUTTON – Jockey Richardson reported her mount may have choked down and resented the dusty kickback. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no obvious abnormalities.
GREEN PARK – Began awkwardly, slow into stride.
TIME TO TURN – Slow to muster early speed.
Race 4:LES & CAROLE ROBINS - RAY WHITE DECEPTION BAY OPEN HANDICAP 1200M
MOSCINI – Slow to begin. Hampered near the 200m having to be momentarily eased and shifted wider when MOCIAL CHIEF (A Sewell) shifted in. Jockey A Sewell was reprimanded for this incident. Laid in under pressure in the home straight.
CITY CHICK – Raced keen in the early stages.
HEAT- Raced wide throughout.
Race 5:GITSHAM RACING / EIDSVOLD RURAL QTIS RATINGS BAND 0 – 55 HCAP 1350M
LATE NIGHT DEVIL – Raced wide for the majority.
CLAUDIUS - Improved onto heels approaching the 800m and shifted wider.
LIPSTICK LIES – Raced wide throughout.
